Thank You to the FRATZ’ Community!

It's that time- I'm looking forward to retirement with my husband and relocating up north. I'm selling the building and moving a smaller version of FRATZ’ to Au Gres, Michigan. Laura and I will be re-imagining FRATZ2 as a resale and small estate liquidation business.

I have built my business with the highest standards of honesty, trust and fairness; my exit plan holds true to these standards. It will be a four month process with my last day December 31st, 2023. The plan is as follows:

1) We will keep any appointments scheduled in August but cancel any appointments scheduled September 1st and later (please be nice to my employees).
2) Current consignments will complete the contracted 3 month consignment agreement
3) Any unsold merchandise not picked up by December 1st, 2023 will become the property of FRATZ’ per our contract terms.
4) Any SOLD or LAYAWAY items must be picked up by December 1st, 2023 or they will be forfeited.
5) Cash payouts will be converted to checks and will be available for pick-up on the 10th of the month with regularly issued checks. Any checks not picked up will be mailed on the 20th to the address on your account. The last check issue date will be December 10th with final checks mailed December 20th, 2023.
6) When you come to pick up unsold items, please bring boxes and wrapping paper.  Please bring help if you are picking up large pieces of furniture.
7) Starting September 1st, 2023. our hours will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11:00am-6:00pm.

Retirement is such sweet sorrow. I'm excited to move in a new direction but will miss all of my FRATZ family.
